Our sustainable city boutique hostel is a community- oriented project that offers affordable stays to digital nomads, tech industry and international travelers. The founder had the idea to create a boutique hostel, he envisioned a comfortable location where the guests could romanticize the present moment knowing that one day, it would become a chapter as it has in his own life. Realizing that human experience has many pages that we will eventually turn is the reason why you are here today. Chapter San Francisco was born from turning the page and beginning anew. We hope to positively impact your boutique hostel experience by enjoying our community and the amenities we offer. We highly encourage you to read our in-house policy for your smooth stay with us.

Children must be accompanied by an adult, we do not offer rollaway beds.
Pets are not allowed at Chapter San Francisco. ADA-defined services animals are welcome.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. This hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

We have a 5 Day Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 5 Days before your arrival date check-in time. If you cancel or modify post the cancellation period's expiration or fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night. If you have any request for cancellation or modification, please refer to the website you made the original reservation.
Any reservations made by a San Francisco resident will not be honored.
Extensions Should you wish to extend your reservation with us, you may inform our staff ahead of time to do proper blocking with your pod. This is always subject to availability.
Self Check In Save time and use the self-check-in email that we sent you over email to seamlessly access your bed. A passport, Credit/Debit Card is required for check-in. You may also contact via whatsapp or message us at this number +1 415 416 2437 for further assistance before 10PM. Building access is 24/7. Checkout After check-out time, your access at the hostel main door and pod will no longer be available and valid. Unless, extension of your stay has been made prior the check-out date. Should you forget an item please contact reception. We ask that you remove your belongings from your pod, locker, fridge and common areas. We ask that you leave your used linens in your pod and simply close the doors behind you. There is no need to stop by reception unless you want to say goodbye!

Chapter San Francisco provides the following services: luggage storage, coffee/tea in the amenity room, and laundry facilities.
Luggage Storage Free luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Overnight luggage storage after check-out is available for $10/night for no more than 7-days. Any luggage left behind will be donated after 30 days.
Public parking is available near Chapter San Francisco.
Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
We are a nonparty, SMOKE FREE, and noise-free limited-service sleep pods station. Please respect your health by maintaining proper hygiene, respect other guests by being quiet, and respect the environment by conserving our electricity and water. You agree to the damage charges in our company policy and that we reserve to evict any guest without refunds who cause any inconvenience or misconduct to other guests and staff.
